2. Products & Quotations All products displayed on this website are for reference purposes only. Product specifications, dimensions, and finishes are customizable. Any pricing or product information on this website does not constitute a binding offer. A formal quotation will be provided upon request, and a contract is only formed upon the signing of a formal sales agreement and receipt of deposit.

3. Orders & Payment

  • A signed sales contract and deposit payment are required to confirm an order.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the sales contract.
  • Goodgo reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to contract signing due to material cost fluctuations or other factors.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Lead times will be specified in the sales contract and are estimates only.
  • Goodgo is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Installation must be carried out by Goodgo-approved personnel or certified contractors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property All design drawings, technical documents, and custom solutions provided by Goodgo remain the intellectual property of Goodgo Elevator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability Goodgo's liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the relevant sales contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on this website.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
